Set within 17 acres of woodlands, gardens and water frontage with ½ mile of fishing rights, this unique property includes seven charming cottages ideal for family for multi-generational living and a luxurious four-bedroom detached bungalow for the owners. The cottages are presented to a high standard throughout which reflects in the high repeat custom. There is also previous planning permission for 2 additional lodges and a swimming pool. This easily managed complex comes with a comprehensive handover, ensuring a seamless transition, and early viewings are highly recommended.

LOCATION

Rivermead Farm estate is situated in the idyllic hamlet of Two Waters Foot by the river Fowey and is ideally located close to the towns of Bodmin and Liskeard, with the coastal towns of Fowey, Mevagissey, Polperro and Looe nearby. All these places offer shops, cafes, pubs and supermarkets. Only minutes' drive away are both the A30 and A38 connecting all parts of Cornwall, and the M5 motorway for the rest of the UK. A main line railway station is also only a short drive away, connecting London and beyond. Locally, there is an abundance of recreational activities like golf, forestry walks, beaches, cycle trails and the internationally renowned Eden Project. The location offers a tranquil environment but benefits from all the creature comforts of facilities nearby.

ACCOMMODATION

Setting Rivermead Farm apart from most other traditional holiday complexes, the letting accommodation is not all clustered around a central courtyard. Each of the properties has its own designated outdoor space and garden area, as well as parking right outside.
The letting accommodation is all comprehensively equipped to make light work of any food preparation, with all the creature comforts for relaxation, and quality furniture throughout.
