LOCATION
The site is on the edge of central Ashby, one of the original villages that later merged into the town of Scunthorpe. It holds a vibrant weekly market within a well developed trading area close by.
The site is located on Ashby High Street with a range of shops and other amenities close by including schools, community centres and public transport. There are regular buses around town and good road links to the A15 Hull/Lincoln and M180 motorway for Doncaster, Leeds, Sheffield and beyond.
Scunthorpe railway station has direct links to Doncaster, Sheffield, Manchester and Liverpool with connections via these stations to both the East & West coast mainlines are available. Both Humberside and the planned to reopen Robin Hood airports are within an hours drive.
