Location

The land is accessible directly from the public highway known as Ings Lane and lies in the east of Lincolnshire, within the parish of Horsington, between the villages of Horsington and Woodhall Spa. The property is approximately 3 miles north of Woodhall Spa and 6 miles from Horncastle.

From Woodhall Spa travel north on Stixwould Road and continue through Stixwould. Follow Stixwould Lane as it becomes Moor Lane heading northeast, then take the first left onto Ings Lane. After approximately 300 metres, the land will be located on your right-hand side.
