FARMHOUSE The charming period farmhouse has features including fireplaces, exposed beams and pamment floors.
The kitchen is an open plan room with dining area, fitted kitchen with central island unit and with fireplace with woodburner. From the kitchen there is a direct view of the stable yard. A double aspect living room is a light and spacious room with French doors out to the gardens and an open fireplace, through to a further reception room which could be utilised in many ways. Functionality on the ground floor is provided by a utility room, and ground floor shower room, both off the kitchen.
Two staircases at either end of the house serve the first floor. At the front of the house are two double bedrooms, both with built in wardrobes, and with fine views over the gardens and land. A further two double bedrooms and an office, which could provide a further bedroom if required, and the family bathroom complete the first floor.
TRADITIONAL OUBUILDINGS The brick barn attached to the house is currently used as a machinery store, measuring 11.7m x 6.1m has great potential to be included as part of the house, or additional living accommodation, games/party room (stp).Adjoining this barn is a store and a workshop.
There is a further range of traditional buildings, all very well maintained. A lovely traditional barn provides great storage and scope for many uses, with a wing comprising a former dairy, cart lodge and stores.
A further wing of the outbuildings has been converted into the pair of holiday cottages which offer the chance of secondary income.
EQUESTRIAN FACILITIES To the south of the house, across a substantial gravelled yard, is the purpose built stable yard. The building, in an L shape, has six stables, all with windows to the south. A hay barn with double doors for ease of access, a tack room and feed room provide well laid our facilities.
There is a fenced 60m x 20m manege, post and railed paddocks, lunge ring and a contained yard with field shelters and all weather turnout surface.
