Cotswold District Council granted planning on 25th September 2024 under reference for 20/04001/FUL for the use of land for the siting of four shepherd huts, the erection of four single storey lodges, a service lodge, access, parking, landscape planting and associated engineering works and infrastructure. The location of this is on the South East part of the site. Each lodge is approximately 1625sqft Gross Internal Area and 3 bedrooms each with an en suite. There is an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining along with a further WC and store room.
