Location and Access The land is located in the village of Skipsea and is accessed from Leys Lane, off Main Street.
Method of Sale and Lotting The land is to be offered for sale by Private Treaty, as a whole or in up to three lots as shown on the enclosed plan, with vacant possession. The Seller reserves the right to close the sale by Tender.
If sold in lots, the respective purchasers will be required to fence the boundary lines to an agreed fencing specification.
An application to Historic England for Scheduled Monument Consent in respect of the boundary fencing will be submitted by the Seller's Agent.
