2. The approximate size and position of the two proposed dwellings are shown hatched in grey. These are situated towards the northerly end of the land to give the maximum garden space (facing roughly South South East). It is proposed that parking will be situated in front of the two properties.
3. Approximate sizes of each of the dwellings are as follows: Width: between 6 and 8 metres. Depth: between 8 and 10 metres. Height (from DPC to ridge): between 7 and 9 metres.
