Take the third exit on the roundabout and continue to straight until the low bridge. After the low bridge turn immediately left onto Lion Lane. At the junction turn left onto the B1113 and continue straight until a signpost points left to the Rare Breeds Farm. Take this left turn down Mill Lane and the land will be on the left after the railway crossing and across the bridge.
