Searches –The buyer is required to pay £468 (Inc. VAT) for the search pack. This is payable at the same time as the reservation fee.
Sellers Legal Costs – The buyer will be responsible for the cost of the sellers’ legal fees. We have been provided an estimated cost for this of £2,000 including VAT.
