We have been instructed to set a closing date for offers of 2pm on Friday 4 September 2026. Interested parties are invited to put bids forward but should include the following information:

1. BASIS OF SALE
The site is offered for sale either unconditionally (for immediate completion) or conditionally (subject to planning). Interested parties are invited to submit bids on either or both bases if they are prepared to acquire the site under either mechanism.

2. AMOUNT OF BID

3. THE BIDDER

4. FUNDING AND PROOF OF FINANCE
Offers must include clear confirmation of how the acquisition will be funded (e.g., existing cash reserves, pre-approved bank borrowing, or equity funding). Independent, written proof of finance (such as bank statements or a formal letter of intent from a lender) will be strictly required to verify capability prior to instructing solicitors.
