There is a wood pellet boiler in an outbuilding that could be recommissioned and used again to heat the house, but the house currently runs from a separate oil-fired boiler.
The land

The Glamping
Owley Woods is a fantastic paddock that has 5 semi-permanent belle tents. The belle tents have a private seating area with chairs, sun lounger, wood fired stove to boil a kettle or cook breakfast and each tent has a fire pit/ BBQ. There are two heated showers and toilets. Next to this is a ‘Cheats’ kitchen that has an electric kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer and mini oven and sockets for charging.
