Description

Property Summary
These plots have been owned by the same family since the 1930's, the bungalow on plot 13 is now in need of demolition as far as we are aware, plot 11 has a static home on it with power and light which will also have to be removed. We believe planning was put in a long while ago for 2 properties to be in site and was granted, but any information on this, or any new application any buyer would need to look into before making an offer.

On plot 11 there is an air raid shelter to the front of the plot under ground, on plot 13 there is a covered well at the back of the bungalow which we believe may have been the cause why the property needed some under pinning works back in the 1990's ( the seller may still have some info on this )

Viewings can be done anytime during daylight hours, if anyone needs to gain access to the bungalow then they need to call the office to arrange this, any questions or offers need to be done with our director Stephen Russen he can be reached on or

If planning is granted for 2 brand new bungalows ( which we don't see why they would not ) Russen & Hill have sold multiple properties on this road, including 3 next door so can advise any purchaser of end values subject to seeing the plans they have drawn up and accepted.
