Continue for 0.40 miles, then turn left onto Bullgate Lane and immediately right onto Shellow Lane. After approximately 0.50 miles, the land will be found on the left-hand side, just before a bend in the road. Please note there are two field gates at this point. Access to the property is via the double gates on the left-hand side, following the fenced access route.
