Detailed Description
A single parcel of permanent pasture extending to approximately 1.66 acres (0.67 hectares), complemented by a wooded area along the western boundary. There is a building constructed of corrugated metal that has previously been used to provide shelter for horses.
The property has been grazed by horses and is currently enclosed by barbed wire fencing, with a section of chain -link fencing situated along part of the southern boundary. The land is framed by a variety of mature trees, providing an attractive natural backdrop and a sense of privacy from the A134 that runs adjacent to the south of the property.
Historically, the property was used as a former chalk extraction site and then by Norfolk County Council as a land fill site.

The method of sale shall be via informal tender, whereby all parties will be invited to submit their best and final offers by 12 noon on Wednesday 27 May 2026 to Brown&Co, King's Lynn. Tenders must be submitted on the Tender Form available from the Selling Agents. The envelope should be clearly marked 'Land at West End, Northwold'.
Tenders not so marked are liable to be opened before the Tender date.
All Tenders shall be Subject to Contract and should clearly state any particular conditions under which the offer is made. The Seller reserves the right not to accept the highest, or indeed, any offer.
Proof of funding will be required.
TENURE AND POSSESSION
The Freehold is for sale with Vacant Possession.
