How much does it cost?
The fee depends on how much the property is worth and whether it's already on the register. Scale 1 is for properties that are already registered. Scale 2 is for land being registered for the first time — it costs more because there's extra work involved.
Scale 1 Fees (Transfers)
For buying or transferring already registered property:
