Mobile Homes

At the rear of the property are 2 MOBILE HOMES which are included within the lease, these were not inspected by the agent, these are currently occupied by staff members of the business.

Living Accommodation

Trading Hours

Sunday - Thursday 12 pm - 10 pm, Friday and Saturday 12 pm - 11 pm. During the low season of January and February, the business only opens 3 pm - 9 pm.

Staff

The business is run by the vendor with the assistance of 2 full time and 2 part time members of staff.

Turnover

We are advised the turnover from April through to December averages approximately £10,000 - £12,000 per week working to the usually high gross profit margins associated with the trade. In the low season of January through to March the turnover averages approximately £5,000 per week. The business does not offer food, so this leaves massive scope to increase the turnover, should a purchaser wish to introduce this.

Business Rates
