The Situation

The Land

The outbuildings consist of a large tall steel hay barn, three stables and a beautifully kept bespoke built shepherds hut, which provides a useful day shelter. The shepherds hut has provision for a generator and is fitted with lighting.
Directions
Coming from Fordingbridge take the Southampton road to Godshill , pass the Fighting Cocks and over the cattlegrid and as soon as you see the cricket ground on your right you will see a gap in the dragons teeth on your left, turn left here and go to the end of the track and you will come to the land in front of you.
