Bear north-west on the M1 and come off at junction 14 head north on the A509. Keep going until you come to the 3rd roundabout. Turn right here which will bring you to the A422. Carry on along this road until you come to the end where there is another roundabout. Turn left which is now the A428. Keep going along and you will see a road sign signposting Stevington to turn right. At this point the land is now on your left. Go along the A428 for approx 100 metres and take the left turn. The access is approximately 20 metres along on your left.
