Travel Directions By ferry â?? From Lochmaddy head 8 miles south west on the A867 to the T-junction at Clachan. Turn right onto the A865 and head north for 2 miles. The land is on the lefthand side after the bus stop and before the Westford Inn. By plane â?? From Balivanich airport turn left onto the B892 and head east for 3 miles. Turn left at the T-junction with the A865 and head north for 8 miles, crossing the causeway from Benbecula to North Uist and passing through the village of Carinish to the T-junction at Clachan. Continue north for a further 2 miles. The land sits in the perfect location for development of a dwelling house or multiple houses (subject to necessary consents) or could equally be used for stock.
