From the moment you arrive, the sense of peace and quality is unmistakable. Set within approximately 3 acres of beautifully maintained grounds, the property enjoys far-reaching views over surrounding fields, offering the perfect backdrop for a tranquil rural lifestyle.

Inside, the main house offers generous and inviting living spaces, rich in period features including exposed beams and original fireplaces. The ground floor is warm, welcoming and perfectly designed for both family life and entertaining guests. Upstairs, three beautifully decorated bedrooms await, including a master with en-suite, along with a luxurious family bathroom. The second floor presents an additional bedroom and private sitting room, both enjoying panoramic countryside views, a peaceful and elevated retreat.

Adjacent to the main house is Tipper Barn, which offers remarkable flexibility. Comprising four well-appointed bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms and an additional family bathroom, the annex provides an ideal solution for extended family living, guest accommodation or potential holiday let (subject to any necessary consents). Thoughtfully positioned, it enjoys stunning views back toward Tipper Cottage, with both properties enjoying privacy and space.

Both the main residence and Tipper Barn benefit from their own recently constructed triple garages, finished to an excellent specification and offering extensive storage or workshop space.

With a total internal footprint of approximately 5,400 square feet, Tipper Cottage is a rare opportunity to acquire a truly special home in a peaceful yet accessible rural setting. Every detail has been carefully considered, and no expense spared in creating a property that must be viewed to be fully appreciated.

Homes of this calibre and individuality are seldom available, early viewing is strongly recommended.
