There is a spacious kitchen and breakfast room together with boot room, utility room and boiler room providing a potentially magnificent day space and the property enjoys a south westerly aspect to the rear overlooking the beautiful lawns incorporating a tennis lawn and swimming pool. On the first floor the accommodation offers an excellent principal bedroom suite running the full width of the house. A spacious landing provides access to the four further bedrooms, family shower room and separate w.c. Further staircase to the second floor with 3 further bedrooms, Family bathroom and large walk in storage room/bedroom.

The house is approached via automated gates into a sweeping gravelled drive providing ample parking and turning area. There is a detached Double Garage and adjacent to the property on the west side is a triple garage with Studio above.
To the rear the house stands in an elevated setting with a terrace and steps leading down to the lawn. The property enjoys lovely views over its own land with a croquet lawn and swimming pool. There is a vehicular entrance off the paddock area onto the Harpsden Lane at the bottom.
