PLANNING
Cornwall Council granted Outline planning permission for up to five dwellings (Ref.PA21/09331) with all matters reserved except access on land south of Chapel Park, Shop, Morwenstow, EX23 9SQ on 27th May 2022. This permission has now lapsed on 27th May 2025.
Proposed residential development will be liable for a charge under the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL). The amount of the CIL liability will be calculated when a detailed planning application is determined.
