The licence allows occupation 365 days per year but for not more than eight months by anyone party. The licence stipulates that should the owner wish to holiday let then it is required to let through the onsite agents - currently Sykes. Business rates payable to Charter oak with utilities charged separately. The Lodge is also serviced by private drainage and LPG. On resale the buyer will be moved onto the new Licence terms. Cats or other pets are not permitted without prior written consent. The permission for a dog may be withdrawn if the animal is allowed to cause a nuisance.
