Directional Notes - a)From Newbridge follow the A3071 westwards towards the small town of St Just for about a mile, staying on this road at the spur where you could go right to St Ives and Pendeen. After just less than half a mile, slip off left towards Botrea. Proceed southwards down this lane for just under a mile (going past Higher Botrea Farm and Botrea Stables) and having gone round a sharp righthand bend, the property will be found immediately on the right. Please note, the last hundred metres or so of the lane have been scored by rainwater, so take care and go steady.

b)From the village of Sancreed , with the village hall on your left, follow the road westwards towards St Just for almost exactly a mile. Having reached the tiny hamlet of Grumbla and gone just past the red letter box on the right, turn right towards Tremethick Cross. Proceed northwards along this road and after about 600m on a righthand bend, turn left onto a track signposted Bosence Farm and Public Bridleway. After about 300m there will be a lane off to the left and a metal gate. Leaving the gate as you found it, carry along this track for about 220m and the property will be found on the lefthand side.
