It fronts onto the main thoroughfare of Castle Street and backs onto the Quayside Estuary of the River Conwy. Process

Prior to submission, discussions with interested parties will be welcomed. The Council is not obliged to accept any offer. Any offer taken forward will be presented to the Councils Cabinet for approval.
Tender forms will be issued no less than 2 months from the bid submission date which will also detail the level of information required with proposals.
