The construction of a house
can be by 3 different methods.
Traditional brick and block construction
Outside wall can be built of stone, brick or blocks. Inner wall can
be built of bricks or blocks. Insulation is usually fitted in the cavity
between the two walls. This method of construction gives good soundproofing
but high insulation values are difficult to obtain and construction
time can be quite long.
Timber Frame construction
The timber frame is pre fabricated in a factory environment, transported
to the building site and erected to a water tight state in a few days.

Insulated formwork construction
A new type of construction process. Either a formwork of polystyrene
is built and filled with concrete or you build the house with polystyrene
blocks and then fill them with concrete.
